Auction Terms & Conditions 1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, exchanges, or warranties. 2) Due to COVID-19 there will be no preview time. If you would like more pictures of an item please do not hesitate to ask! 3) Shipping is not available in house. Buyers can coordinate there own shipping if they would like. 4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time. 5) Pick ups will at The property n Burgess on Thursday December 10th from 1pm-5pm. You may come anytime during the pick up day. If you tell us when you are coming we will have your items ready for pick up. All social distancing measures will be followed. 6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items.
